The flatness that sells the cheaper room.
Room photography has to be flat and even to be useful — it shows the bed, the window, the bathroom. That flatness is exactly what removes the difference between your categories. The suite's height, the light in the afternoon, the view you pay for: none of it survives a still.
Meanwhile the booking that matters most to you — the direct one — is the one competing against a platform whose entire business is making that decision easy elsewhere.
Film is how you justify the upgrade.

Between 15% and 20% of every platform booking leaves as commission. On a £180 room, that is somewhere around £30 a night gone. A film costs £99 — roughly three nights of recovered commission, once.

A still pulled from the film, for the places that want an image rather than a video.
Licensed music & full rights
The soundtrack is cleared for commercial use and the files are yours outright — your site, listings, social, paid ads.

You pay nothing until you have seen it and liked it.
We make the film first. If it is not right, we rework it. If it is never right, you do not pay for it.
One film per room type, not per room. Twelve room types is £1,188 and covers the whole property.

Usually a few days. Every shot is composed by hand from your photographs, watched back, and remade until it is right.
Watch it, approve it, then pay£99 on approval
Your film arrives on a private link to watch and share. Tell us what to change and we rework it. Only when you are happy do you pay.

Do you film every room or every room type?
Every type. Rooms within a category photograph and film the same, so there's no sense paying twice.
We're mid-refurbishment.
Send photographs when it's finished and we'll film then — or film now and re-film later at £99.
Can we use these in paid social?
Yes, including the vertical cut, and you own full rights.
Do you need us to close rooms or clear guests out?
No. There is no shoot.
