1. What we do

Casa Studios turns photographs of a property into a cinematic film. You can order a film from us directly, or make one yourself through our self-service platform using credits. These terms cover both.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address — there are no passwords. You are responsible for the projects created under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be entitled to act for the business or property you create films for.

3. Your photos

You keep full ownership of every photograph you upload or point us at. By submitting photos (or a property page to fetch them from) you confirm you own them or hold the rights to use them, and you grant us the limited licence we need to process them — classifying, generating video, quality-checking and editing — solely to make your films. We never sell your photos or use them to advertise other businesses.

4. Your films

Once a film is paid for — by credits on the platform, or by direct purchase — you receive a full commercial licence to use it anywhere: your website, property portals, social media and advertising. Watermarked previews are for evaluation only and may not be published.

5. Credits and subscriptions

Credits are the platform's currency: filming a scene consumes credits, and free edits (trimming, re-timing, reordering, re-cutting the film) never do. A standard film uses around 11 credits; re-filming a single scene uses 1–2. Credits come from one-off packs or a monthly subscription; subscription credits are granted each billing period. The prices and credit amounts for every plan and pack are shown on the Billing page at the moment you buy — that displayed price is the one that applies.

Credits never expire. Subscription and pack credits pool together and roll over indefinitely; cancelling a subscription does not remove credits already granted. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refunded once spent on completed generation. If something goes wrong on our side — a scene fails to generate — the credits are returned automatically.

Plan changes. Upgrading applies immediately: you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period and the credit difference between tiers is added straight away. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal — you keep the current period exactly as paid for.

Auto top-up is optional and off by default. If you switch it on, you choose a credit pack, and when a film needs more credits than you have we charge that pack to your saved card and continue — never more than three automatic charges in a day, with an emailed receipt every time. You can change the pack or switch it off at any time on the Billing page.

6. Payments

All payments are handled by a specialist payment provider, so we never see or store your card details. You can manage your plan, payment method and receipts at any time from the Billing page. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and you keep any credits already granted.

7. Fair use

Don't upload content you have no rights to, content depicting private individuals without consent, or anything unlawful. Don't attempt to overwhelm, reverse-engineer or resell the platform itself. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. AI-generated content

Films are generated by AI models from your photographs. We quality-check every scene, and the platform gives you the tools to review, edit and re-film anything you're not happy with before your film is final — but generative output can vary, and we don't guarantee a particular creative result.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile page: your projects, films and personal data are removed immediately, any subscription is cancelled and your saved card details are deleted (anonymised transaction records are retained for tax purposes, as the privacy policy describes). You can download everything we hold about you from the same page first. We may close accounts that breach these terms; unspent purchased credits are refunded if we close your account without cause.

10. Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the platform before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: leah@casa-studios.com.
