Good photography does one job very well: it proves the place is real, clean and roughly what the listing says. What it cannot do is carry the difference between the barn that catches the morning sun and the one with the hot tub facing the valley. Both photograph beautifully. Only one of them is the reason a particular family books.
So the choice comes down to the thumbnail, the price and the availability calendar — three things that have nothing to do with why your cottages are good.

Every direct booking keeps what a platform would have taken.
A guest who books through a platform costs you commission on every night they stay. A guest who books through your own site costs you nothing — and your own site is the only place you control what they see before they decide. Film is the part of that page that does the persuading.

The same film re-composed for Reels, Stories and TikTok, so it works in a feed without being cropped to pieces.
A poster frame
A still pulled from the film, for the places that want an image rather than a video.
Licensed music & full rights
The soundtrack is cleared for commercial use and the files are yours outright — your site, listings, social, paid ads.
The price
You pay nothing until you have seen it and liked it.
We make the film first. If it is not right, we rework it. If it is never right, you do not pay for it.

We make the film
Usually a few days. Every shot is composed by hand from your photographs, watched back, and remade until it is right.
Watch it, approve it, then pay£99 on approval
Your film arrives on a private link to watch and share. Tell us what to change and we rework it. Only when you are happy do you pay.

Do you need to visit?
No. We work entirely from the photographs you already have — nothing to schedule and no bookable night lost.
What if a cottage has been redecorated?
Send the new photographs and we re-film it. New units and re-films are £99 like everything else.
Can we use the films on Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. You own the files outright and can use them anywhere — your site, listings, social, ads.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days per property, and we can do a whole portfolio in one run.
